Storage Tip

Keep your bottles upright – Do not store them on their sides. Store your beer in a cool, dark spot.

UV rays can degrade your beer. A garage or outdoor storage is not recommended as temperature

swings can be bad for your beer. Try to maintain bottles at "cellar" temperature (50°-55°F) if you

do not have enough space to keep them all cold in the fridge.

Empty the bottle. Immediately rinse with warm tap water – TWICE

or THRICE! Place the bottle upside-down in its cardboard case. Once the bottles are clean, store

them at cellar temperature or cooler to prevent bacterial growth before your next brew day.
